“ Really incredible flavours in the food. Every bite was absolutely bursting with flavour. My husband and I are vegan and went for the excellent vegan options- we weren’t expecting it to be so delicious. I had the vegan roast chestnut with potato gratin- it was so incredibly flavourful, I was shocked. The place was quiet but in a really nice and serene area and the staff were lovely and friendly. I’d highly recommend to everyone- vegan, veggie and omnivores. They cater to all and the flavours are wonderful ”
“ A hidden gem in Armação de Pêra - Algarve Pros: 1. Amazing food, highly recommend the Mix grill and you will feel the flavour of the chicken, lamb and chorizo to another level. My partner had the speciality fish of the day. 2. The service. Marie was very attentive to our needs and was talking us through the selection, what to expect in the flavour, and Ingredients used. 3. Went on a Sunday evening and the place wasn't full. This meant more quality time with the restaurant and not booking in advance. 4. The restaurant does lunch menus at €10, something to keep in mind if you are hungry at that time. Cons: 1. Card payment wasn't possible when we went. There was an ATM nearby, however it charged me 4€ fees to withdraw money. 2. The dessert was amazing, including chocolate, fruits, ice cry. However as there was only one choice, you are kind of forced to have that or no dessert. Overall, Marie provided a great service and the lamb I had now lives in my good memories from Portugal ”

“ Vegetarian and non-vegetarian options are available. The food was tasty overall. The mushrooms and veggie balls were excellent, but we didn’t enjoy the potato lasagna. Portions were good, though the prices are a bit high (main dishes around €19). The owners are friendly and talkative, but they seemed concerned about having children at the restaurant. ”
“ Marie e Oli's is an absolute gem of a restaurant! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the incredibly friendly owners who made us feel so welcome. The food? Absolutely perfect. Every dish was homemade with care, and we loved that so many ingredients were organic—it really added to the amazing flavours. We had already decided this was a 5-star experience, but then we found out they allow dogs in the restaurant and have even adopted dogs themselves. As a dog rescue, this made our hearts so happy—if we could, we'd give them 10 stars! Great food, wonderful people, and a place with a huge heart. Highly recommend to anyone, especially dog lovers! ”

The atmosphere was nice and relaxed and in a local area. There’s multiple Vegan options available, the owner is very creative with the options she provides which allowed us to try several original dishes that were amazing. Dessert is a must. ”
